Terms of Sale 1. List Prices All prices on this site are listed in Euros. 2. Ordering Items will be hold back by us for 14 days following receipt of order whilst awaiting payment. After this time we reserve the right to offer the item for resale. 3. Guarantee All items are 100% guaranteed as original manufacture of the period stated. Any item subsequently proven to be fake or defective other than catalogued description may be returned under the conditions of the return privilege as stated under term 4., the sale set aside, and the amount paid refunded with the exception of the postage costs and/or bank fees. 4. Return privilege Customers should inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods, by fax, e-mail or letter if the goods supplied are not completely to their satisfaction. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition as supplied. Tampering with the item, disassembly or removal of accoutrements will void the return policy. 5. Payments Payments can be made by cash (please send recorded delivery), cheque (check), Postal Money Order, International Money Order, Western Union Money transfer, bank transfer, Paypal or Credit Card (Mastercard,VISA or American Express). For Paypal payments please use the secure site www.Paypal.com and as recipients e-mail address: sales@militariarelics.com For payments with cheques or money orders a bank charge of Euro 8 which we incur will be added. For payments with Credit Cards a service charge of 2,5%  or through Paypal a service charge of 3% which we incur will be added. All payments are converted into Euros at the day’s exchange rate. 6. Postage All items will be posted at actual costs by Registered Priority postage (recorded delivery) unless otherwise agreed upon. Items are sent at buyer’s risk unless insurance has been agreed upon. 7. Lost or damaged goods We act as agents for the client via the post office for any parcel which is lost in the post provided it is registered or insured. Allowance must be made of up to three months for the post office to investigate the loss before credit can be made. This service is provided free of charge, but we are in the hands of the post office investigators and have to wait for the balance of claim. 8. Layaway scheme For expensive items it is possible to pay a deposit followed by instalments. These can be arranged between ourselves. 9. Limited Liability A buyer's claim shall be limited to any amount paid in respect of goods and not extend to any loss or damage suffered or expenses incurred. 10. Prices We can not be held responsible for any misprint of prices.
